  • 400 g Asparagus
  • 60 ml Cream
  • 1 pc Onion
  • 500 ml Vegetable broth
  • 0.5 pc Lemon

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Simmer chopped asparagus with onion in 600 ml vegetable broth 12 minutes.
  2. 2Blend with hand blender until creamy.
  3. 3Add cream and heat through.
  4. 4Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
  5. 5Serve with decorative raw asparagus on top.
