  • 120 g Canned tuna
  • 150 g Green beans
  • 2 pc Eggs
  • 40 g Black olives
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Boil eggs 8 minutes, cool and halve.
  2. 2Blanch green beans 4 minutes, drain and cool.
  3. 3Boil potatoes 15 minutes, halve.
  4. 4Arrange on platter: lettuce, tuna, eggs, beans, potatoes, olives, tomatoes.
  5. 5Drizzle with mustard vinaigrette.
