  • 100 g Wild mushrooms
  • 40 g Cheddar
  • 10 g Butter
  • 2 stalks Spring onion

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Clean wild mushrooms and slice them.
  2. 2Beat eggs with salt and pepper.
  3. 3Sauté mushrooms in butter 5 minutes over high heat.
  4. 4Pour eggs, cook on medium-low and fold.
