  • 150 g Zucchini
  • 1 pc Carrot
  • 80 g Spinach
  • 0.5 pc Lemon

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Cook quinoa per instructions, drain and cool slightly.
  2. 2Dice zucchini and carrot, sauté in oil 8 minutes.
  3. 3Add spinach and cook 2 minutes until wilted.
  4. 4Mix quinoa with vegetables in a bowl.
