🛒 Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Miso paste
  • 80 g Soft tofu
  • 5 g Wakame seaweed
  • 1 stalk Spring onion
  • 350 ml Water

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Dissolve miso paste in 500 ml warm (not boiling) water.
  2. 2Cut soft tofu into small cubes.
  3. 3Rehydrate wakame seaweed in cold water 5 minutes, drain.
  4. 4Add tofu and seaweed to miso broth.
  5. 5Do not boil - serve immediately with spring onion.
