🛒 Ingredients

  • 200 g Canned tomatoes
  • 100 g Cannellini beans
  • 1 pc Zucchini
  • 60 g Small pasta
  • 1 L Vegetable broth

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Sauté chopped onion, carrot and celery in olive oil 5 minutes.
  2. 2Add tomatoes, vegetable broth and beans, simmer 15 minutes.
  3. 3Add diced zucchini and pasta, cook 10-12 minutes.
  4. 4Season with salt, pepper and basil.
  5. 5Serve with parmesan and crusty bread.
