🛒 Ingredients

  • 200 g Mixed fish
  • 1 pc Fennel
  • 200 g Tomatoes
  • 1 pinch Saffron
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Sauté onion, fennel and garlic in olive oil 5 minutes.
  2. 2Add tomatoes, white wine and 600 ml water.
  3. 3Boil 15 minutes over high heat.
  4. 4Add cleaned fish, simmer 10 minutes.
  5. 5Season with salt, pepper and serve with croutons and rouille.
