  • 2 pc Carrot
  • 100 g Celery
  • 1 pc Leek
  • 80 g Spinach
  • 1 tsp Olive oil

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Peel and slice carrot, celery and leek.
  2. 2Sauté leek in olive oil 3 minutes.
  3. 3Add carrot, celery and 1.5 L water, simmer 25 minutes.
  4. 4Add spinach in the last 5 minutes.
  5. 5Season with minimal salt and pepper, serve hot.
