🛒 Ingredients

  • 700 g cubed Lamb shoulder
  • 100 g Dried apricots
  • 50 g Toasted almonds
  • 2 tsp Ras el hanout
  • 2 medium Onion
  • 300 ml Chicken stock
  • 1 tbsp Honey

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Brown lamb in batches.
  2. 2Soften onion, add spices, return lamb.
  3. 3Add stock, apricots. Simmer 75 min.
  4. 4Finish with honey and almonds.
