🛒 Ingredients

  • 700 g cubed Lamb shoulder
  • 200 g fresh Spinach
  • 2 medium Onion
  • 2 tbsp Garlic ginger paste
  • 2 medium Tomatoes
  • 2 tsp Garam masala
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 50 ml Cream

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Brown lamb. Fry onion, add paste and spices.
  2. 2Add tomatoes, cook 10 min. Add lamb and water.
  3. 3Simmer 45 min. Add spinach, wilt.
  4. 4Stir in cream. Serve with rice.
