  • 180 g Minced lamb
  • 80 g Bulgur
  • 60 g Yogurt
  • 10 g Mint
  • 1 pc Chili

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Mix minced lamb with spices, salt and pepper, shape into kebabs on skewers.
  2. 2Grill kebabs 4-5 minutes each side.
  3. 3Cook bulgur per instructions, let cool.
  4. 4Mix bulgur with chopped mint and yogurt, season.
  5. 5Serve kebabs over tabbouleh with yogurt.
