  • 400 g tin Kidney beans
  • 2 tbsp Chipotle in adobo
  • 400 g Tomatoes crushed
  • 1 large Onion
  • 2 tsp Cumin
  • 20 g Dark chocolate

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Brown lamb, soften onion.
  2. 2Add chipotle, cumin, tomatoes. Simmer 20 min.
  3. 3Add beans. Cook 20 min.
  4. 4Stir in chocolate. Serve with rice.
