  • 100 g Marinated herring
  • 150 g Cooked beets
  • 1 pc Boiled egg
  • 0.5 pc Red onion
  • 8 g Dill

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Boil eggs 8 minutes, cool and slice into rounds.
  2. 2Cube cooked beet and cut herrings into pieces.
  3. 3Mix with mayo and mustard.
  4. 4Season with salt, pepper and vinegar.
  5. 5Arrange on plate and garnish with eggs.
