🛒 Ingredients

  • 300 g Turkey breast
  • 1 pc Lemon
  • 2 sprigs Rosemary
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 190°C.
  2. 2Rub turkey breast with oil, crushed garlic, rosemary, salt and pepper.
  3. 3Slice lemon and place under and over the meat.
  4. 4Roast 30-35 minutes until internal temperature reaches 74°C.
  5. 5Rest 5 minutes before slicing.
