🛒 Ingredients

  • 2 pc Bell peppers
  • 1 pc Zucchini
  • 150 g Mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Za'atar

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Cut peppers, zucchini and mushrooms into cubes or slices.
  2. 2Coat with olive oil and season with oregano, salt and pepper.
  3. 3Thread onto skewers alternating vegetables.
  4. 4Grill 10-12 minutes, turning often.
  5. 5Serve with tahini sauce or tzatziki.
