  • 2 pcs (500g each) T-bone steak (3.5cm thick)
  • to taste Sea salt
  • to taste Black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Room temperature 1 hour. Pat dry. Season well.
  2. 2Brush lightly with olive oil to prevent sticking.
  3. 3Grill on very high heat 4 min per side for medium-rare.
  4. 4Rest 8 min before cutting. Serve with a simple green salad.
