🛒 Ingredients

  • 600 g Beef skirt steak
  • 40 g Parsley
  • 1 tbsp Capers
  • 3 fillets Anchovies
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 80 ml Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Make salsa verde: blend parsley, capers, anchovies, garlic, olive oil and lemon.
  2. 2Season steak. Grill over very high heat 2.5 min per side.
  3. 3Rest 3 min. Slice very thin against the grain.
  4. 4Spoon salsa verde over slices.
