🛒 Ingredients

  • 700 g Pork shoulder
  • 200 ml Greek yoghurt
  • 1 pc Cucumber
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 4 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tsp Oregano

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Cut pork into cubes. Marinate in olive oil, lemon, oregano, garlic for 4 hours.
  2. 2Make tzatziki: grate cucumber, squeeze dry, mix with yoghurt and garlic.
  3. 3Thread pork on skewers. Grill over hot coals 10–12 min.
  4. 4Serve with tzatziki, pita and lemon wedges.
