🛒 Ingredients

  • 700 g Pork tenderloin
  • 100 g Baby spinach
  • 100 g Feta cheese
  • 50 g Sun-dried tomatoes
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Butterfly tenderloin by slicing down the middle without cutting through.
  2. 2Layer spinach, crumbled feta and chopped sun-dried tomatoes inside.
  3. 3Roll closed and tie with butcher's twine every 3cm.
  4. 4Grill over indirect heat 25 min, turning occasionally. Internal temp 63°C.
