🛒 Ingredients

  • 600 g Pork tenderloin
  • 300 g Wild mushrooms
  • 150 ml Double cream
  • 2 pcs Shallots
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tsp Thyme
  • 2 tbsp Brandy

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Slice tenderloin into 3cm medallions. Season and grill 3 min per side.
  2. 2Sauté shallots and garlic. Add mushrooms and cook down 5 min.
  3. 3Deglaze with brandy. Add cream and thyme. Simmer 5 min.
  4. 4Spoon sauce over medallions and serve.
