🛒 Ingredients

  • 600 g Pork tenderloin
  • 3 pcs Bell peppers (mixed)
  • 2 pcs Red onion
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Chilli powder
  • 8 pcs Flour tortillas
  • 2 tbsp Lime juice

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Slice tenderloin and marinate with cumin, chilli, lime juice, oil.
  2. 2Grill tenderloin over high heat 3 min per side. Rest and slice.
  3. 3Grill peppers and onions until charred.
  4. 4Serve in warm tortillas with salsa, guacamole and sour cream.
