  • 4 pcs Pork chops (boneless)
  • 60 g Flat-leaf parsley
  • 5 cloves Garlic
  • 3 tbsp Red wine vinegar
  • 80 ml Olive oil
  • 0.5 tsp Chilli flakes

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Make chimichurri: blend parsley, garlic, vinegar, olive oil and chilli.
  2. 2Season pork chops with salt and pepper.
  3. 3Grill on high heat 4 min per side.
  4. 4Rest 3 min. Spoon chimichurri generously over each chop.
