🛒 Ingredients

  • 800 g Beef flank steak
  • 3 tbsp Lime juice
  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Cumin

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Combine lime juice, soy, garlic, oil and cumin for marinade.
  2. 2Marinate flank steak 4 hours. Pat dry before grilling.
  3. 3Grill over very high heat 4 min per side. Do NOT overcook flank.
  4. 4Rest 5 min. Slice VERY thin against the grain.
