🛒 Ingredients

  • 400 g Eggplant
  • 250 g Tomatoes
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 8 g Basil

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Cube eggplant, salt and let stand 15 minutes, then rinse and dry.
  2. 2Sauté eggplant in olive oil over high heat 8 minutes.
  3. 3Add garlic and chopped tomatoes, stir.
  4. 4Simmer on low 15 minutes until everything softens.
  5. 5Add fresh basil, season and serve warm or cold.
