  • 2 pc Carrot
  • 1 pc Zucchini
  • 30 g Raisins
  • 1 tsp Ras el hanout

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Pour 200 ml boiling salted water over couscous, cover 5 minutes.
  2. 2Sauté diced carrot and zucchini 8 minutes.
  3. 3Add raisins and spices (cinnamon, cumin).
  4. 4Fluff couscous with fork and mix with vegetables.
  5. 5Season and serve as a side dish.
