🛒 Ingredients

  • 180 g Minced beef
  • 150 g Red kidney beans
  • 200 g Tomatoes
  • 2 pc Chili pepper
  • 1 tsp Cumin

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Brown minced meat in a little oil over high heat 5-6 minutes.
  2. 2Add chopped onion and chili pepper, cook 4 minutes.
  3. 3Add chopped tomatoes, cumin and 200 ml water.
  4. 4Simmer 15 minutes, add red beans and simmer 10 more minutes.
  5. 5Season with salt, pepper and serve with sour cream and coriander.
