  • 80 g Bulgur
  • 40 g Parsley
  • 15 g Mint
  • 150 g Tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Pour boiling water over bulgur, cover 20 minutes, drain.
  2. 2Finely chop parsley and mint.
  3. 3Dice tomatoes and cucumber small.
  4. 4Mix with bulgur, olive oil and lemon juice.
  5. 5Season with salt and pepper, serve cold.
