🛒 Ingredients

  • 2 large Lamb shanks
  • 200 ml Red wine
  • 400 ml Beef stock
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 3 sprigs Rosemary
  • 2 medium Carrot
  • 1 large Onion

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Season and brown shanks all sides.
  2. 2Soften veg. Add wine, reduce. Add stock and paste.
  3. 3Return shanks. Cover and braise at 160C for 2.5h.
  4. 4Reduce sauce if needed. Serve over mash.
