🛒 Ingredients

  • 300 g Beet
  • 30 g Walnuts
  • 50 g Goat cheese
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp Honey

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 200°C. Wrap beets in aluminum foil.
  2. 2Roast beets 40 minutes until soft, let cool.
  3. 3Peel and cut beets into cubes or slices.
  4. 4Arrange on plate with toasted walnuts and crumbled cheese.
  5. 5Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and honey, season with salt and pepper.
