🛒 Ingredients

  • 150 g White beans
  • 100 g Smoked pork knuckle
  • 60 g Sausage
  • 1 pc Onion
  • 1 tsp Paprika

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Soak beans overnight, drain and boil 60 minutes.
  2. 2Roast trotters in oven or boil 30 minutes.
  3. 3Combine beans with trotters and sausages.
  4. 4Simmer on low 40 minutes, add paprika and bay leaf.
  5. 5Season and serve with bread.
