🛒 Ingredients

  • 700 g Pork neck
  • 3 pcs Mixed peppers
  • 2 pcs Red onion
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Cut pork into 3cm cubes and vegetables into similar-sized chunks.
  2. 2Marinate pork in oil, oregano, garlic powder, salt and pepper for 2 hours.
  3. 3Thread alternating pork, pepper and onion on skewers.
  4. 4Grill over hot coals 12–15 min, turning every 3 min.
