🛒 Ingredients

  • 1.2 kg Pork belly (skin off)
  • 4 tbsp Dry rub
  • 150 ml BBQ sauce
  • 3 tbsp Honey
  • 40 g Butter

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Cube pork belly 4cm. Season with dry rub. Smoke at 120°C for 3 hours.
  2. 2Toss in BBQ sauce, honey and butter in a foil tray.
  3. 3Cover tightly and continue smoking 1.5 hours.
  4. 4Uncover last 30 min to thicken glaze. Serve immediately.
