🛒 Ingredients
- 1.5 kg Brisket point (after smoking)
- 150 ml BBQ sauce
- 3 tbsp Honey
- 50 g Butter
- 2 tbsp Brown sugar
👨🍳 Instructions
- 1Smoke whole brisket first until done. Separate the point from the flat.
- 2Cube the point into 4cm pieces. Toss in BBQ sauce, honey, butter and sugar.
- 3Place in foil tray. Smoke uncovered at 150°C for 1.5 hours.
- 4Stir every 30 min until sticky, caramelised and saucy.
