  • 700 g Minced beef (20% fat)
  • 1 pc Onion (grated)
  • 1.5 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Coriander
  • 0.5 tsp Cinnamon
  • 0.5 tsp Cayenne
  • 30 g Parsley

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Mix minced beef with grated onion, spices and chopped parsley.
  2. 2Shape around flat metal skewers into elongated sausages.
  3. 3Chill 30 min to firm. Grill over hot coals 10–12 min, turning carefully.
  4. 4Serve with tahini sauce, pita and pickled vegetables.
