  • 2 pcs (150g) Beef ribeye mini steak
  • 2 pcs Pork rib chop
  • 2 pcs Beef short rib (flanken)
  • 4 pcs Pork/lamb merguez sausage
  • to taste Coarse salt & pepper

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Season everything simply with coarse salt and pepper.
  2. 2Grill each protein at appropriate timing: sausages 15 min, ribs 10 min, steaks and chops 4–5 min per side.
  3. 3Rest each piece accordingly.
