  • 400 g Tomatoes
  • 1 pc Red pepper
  • 1 pc Cucumber
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Add tomatoes, red pepper and cucumber to blender.
  2. 2Add garlic, vinegar, olive oil and salt.
  3. 3Blend until smooth.
  4. 4Chill well 2 hours in fridge.
  5. 5Serve with croutons and a drizzle of olive oil.
